 You get what you pay for

First of all, you do not get the flute that is in the picture. Poor quality workmanship, already having to repair a key that doesn’t seat right. Corks are plastic. Definitely worth the extra money to buy a trusted brand.

How to disappoint your Child

We ordered this item on the 16th Jan, with express shipping 1-3 day, then told that item would be shipped on the 21st, so hardly express shipping to start with???? was purchased for our Son 12th Birthday, as he made it into Band and wanted the Flute, come midday on the 21st instead of getting a tracking number, we get an email informing us the order has been cancelled!!! so not only we have not got our Birthday present for our Son, he has not got his musical Instrument for Band, needless to say VERY UPSET and disappointed at this transaction.
