FBV Express MkII offers all the classic advantages you expect from a Line 6 foot controller, including rock-solid channel switches, a rugged wah/volume pedal and a chromatic tuner display but it’s also full of surprises. The steel footswitches are built for constant stomping. They make it easy to store and select four channel presets, to synchronize time-based effects with Tap Tempo, and to activate the chromatic tuner. The burly, full-sized volume/wah pedal feels solid under your foot and features plenty of grip. Clicking the toe switch toggles between volume and wah control. FBV Express MkII connects to your Line 6 amp or POD via the included locking RJ-45 cable. FBV Shortboard MkII also features a USB jack that can be used for upgrading the firmware of Spider IV and Spider Valve MkII amplifiers. Perfectly paired with Spider IV and Spider Valve MkII guitar amplifiers, FBV Express MkII provides complete, hands-free control of the looper, pitch-shifter and other on-board amplifier effects. FBV Express MkII is compatible with most Line 6 amplifiers and POD processors.

 Line 6 FBV Express MkII Foot Controller

The Line 6 FBV Express MkII Foot Controller works great with my Line 6 Spider amp. I never fully utilized all of the features of the amplifier until I got the foot controller. Having to reach down and change settings on the amp by hand is awkward and interrupts the music. The foot controlled access to four pre-sets, the tuner, and volume is fantastic. I really like the wah pedal as well.

This controller is very amazing! Its lightweight and controls a line 6 spider 3/4 amp very well! I would rather have this then the shortboard because it can go alongside other pedals on a pedalboard. This controller has a built in Volume(Vol) pedal, which controls the volume at your toes. It also has Wah, which is pretty simple to use. However the Wah isn’t too strong(Crybaby) so if you want this for wah, its good but i recommend a standard Wah pedal.
This pedal is best for changing channels on a line 6 amp. From Clean to distorted. Great product and i recommend it to everyone who has a spider amp! =)

My 12 yr old son has had his Line 6 Spider 15 amp for about 8 months and was finding the need to do more with the built-in tones. I searched and reviewed several effects pedals before I realized Line 6 had already figured out what I needed! No more fiddling with the settings on the amp, he can just choose the preset he wants with the Express Mk II and keep rockin’! Also the ability to tune in realtime further enhances the creative environment. I also appreciate the sturdy construction.
